Professor Anderson publishes ERISA statutory supplement

Professor Sean Anderson and his co-editors, David A. Pratt (Albany) and Andrew W. Stumpff (Michigan) have completed the 2017 edition of Pension and Employee Benefit Statutes and Regulations, which collects relevant sections from the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other statutes, as well as key regulatory provisions. The book is designed to work as a supplement for courses in the area, as well as a resource for practicing lawyers.
